타 공사에 의한 전기공사의 피해사례 및 예방대책에 관한 연구

Abstract

대학원 다니면서 총학생 회의실에 가지런히 비치된 많은 논문의 제목을 읽어 보니 참으로 많은 용어와 수식어가 붙은 제목을 생각하니 나도 머지않아 저들과 함께 나란히 배치된다는 것을 실감하지 못하였는데 어느덧 논문작성 시기에 들어 제목만 뚜렷한 기억 속에 심한 압박감으로 하루하루를 지내고 있는 것이 사실이다. 그래도 “ 타 공사에 의한 전기공사의 피해사례 및 예방대책에 관한 연구(A study on the damaging examples and the preventing measures of electric work by other construction)” 라는 논문제목에 자부심에다 애착이 간다. 왜냐하면 그 많은 논문과 같이 이론에 바탕을 두거나 자타의 경험담과 함께 많은 참고문헌으로 말을 지새우는 것 보다는 실제 산업전선에서 동고동락하는 동료들과 실제 몸으로 체험하거나 동료들이 체함 한 것을 경험담으로 기술하였기 때문이다. 그리고 도표나 수식, DATA, 비교분석에 소홀 할 수 밖에 없었고 참고문헌 또한 많지 않은 것은 경험에 의한 피해사례를 우선 기술하였고 그 다음 원인과 예방대책으로 결말을 보았기 때문이다. 전기공사만 해도 공사 종류가 헤아릴 수 없이 많지만 누구나 알기 쉬운 대형빌딩, 아파트, 주상복합건물, 경기장, 전시장, 청계천 복원공사, 가로등, 터널 공사 등을 예로 들었다. 이 논문은 전기공사에 대한 기초적인 이론이나 경험이 있다면 누구나 쉽게 이해 할 수 있으며 훼손으로 인한 사고가 인명피해로 이어지고 시설물이 파손되거나 노후되어 많은 경제적, 정신적 손실로 이어 지는 것을 막을 수 있다. 또한 전기공사 종사자나 전기 시설물 관리에 종사하는 많은 분들이 이 논문을 보고 공감 할 부분이 있어 전기공사나 전기 시설물 관리에 조금이나마 도움이 된다면 더 할 나위 없이 좋겠다. 그리고 마지막으로 저의 바람이 있다면 다시 논문을 쓴다면 전문가의 도움을 받거나 그림 공부를 하여 재미있고 생동감 있게 그려 누구나 알기 쉽게 하고 싶다. 그리고 피해사례 및 원인과 예방대책 뿐만 아니라 경제적 피해 금액과 정신적 피해까지도 기술하였으면 하는 바람이다.; While I was enrolled at the graduate school, I reviewed the titles of the dissertations furnished in the meeting room of Students' Council Hall. The terminologies and adjectives were too numerous. Then, I could not realize that my dissertation would be among them. Despite the deadline for presentation of my dissertation was being ushered in, I was at a loss, being pressed to write a dissertation; only the title was vivid in my memory. Nevertheless, I am proud of the title of my dissertation, feeling a deep sense of attachment to it: "A study on the damaging examples and the preventing measures of electric work by other construction” For I had not sat up for numerous nights, reviewing the infinite theories or others' autobiographies or reference; I discussed what I had experienced with my colleagues on the spot or what my colleagues stated about their experiences. So, I could not concentrate much on tables, formulas, data or comparative analysis, much less on the literature. I wanted to describe the examples of damages I had witnessed and thereupon, determine their causes and suggest the solutions. There are innumerable types of electric works, but I took such much comprehensible examples as the electric works for large buildings, apartment buildings, mixed-use apartment buildings, stadiums, exhibition halls, Cheonggyue River recovery work, street-side lamps and tunnel works. This study can be easily understood by any one who is equipped with the basic theory and experience about the electric works. Electric facilities might well be damaged to cause casualties, and damaged and aged facilities would result in serious economic and mental losses. This study suggested the solutions to prevent such accidents. In addition, it is hoped that this study will be useful to those engaged in electric works or electric facility management to discharge their responsibilities. Lastly, if I should be given another opportunity to write a dissertation, I would like to be assisted by experts, while learning about figures to make my dissertation more interesting, vital and comprehensible with the figures. And I should have not only determined the causes of the damages and suggested their solutions but also estimated the economic loss and mental damages.
