공동주택 거실공간의 조명환경평가

Abstract

주거공간에서 빛은 인간이 삶을 영위하고 창조활동을 하기 위해서 없어서는 안 될 중요한 환경요소이다. 특히 현대인들은 많은 시간을 인공적으로 꾸며진 실내 환경 속에서 인공적인 빛을 밝히고 생활하는데 익숙해 있다. 과거에는 어둠을 피하기 위해 빛을 이용하였지만, 현대에는 정보를 볼 수 있는 시각적 요소와 건축공간을 구성하는 미적요소로써 빛을 통하여 사물을 인지하고, 심리적, 생리적 변화를 경험하는 역할을 하고 있다. 그 중에서도 거실은 가족 구성원이 주로 활동하는 공간으로 주거 공간의 구심점 역할을 하는 곳이다. 가족 간의 담화와 오락과 같은 단란한 시간을 통하여 가족 간의 유기적인 결속을 가능하게 하는 공간이며 또한 가족 구성원 각각의 개인적인 욕구(휴식, 대화, 독서, 화장, TV시청, 응접)를 충족시킬 수 있는 공간이 되어야 하므로 기능에 부합되는 알맞은 조명기구의 설치와 배치, 적절한 조도설정 등 유연성 있는 조명계획이 이루어지도록 해야 한다. 따라서 본 논문은 현재 분양 중인 모델하우스의 조명현황을 파악하여 공동주택에 설치되는 조명기구 사양 및 조명방식 등의 분석을 통해 현재 조명현황의 트렌드를 분석하고, 사례대상지를 선정하여 거실공간의 조도를 측정한 후, 대내·외의 조도기준과 비교함으로서 현재 공동주택 거실공간에서의 조명계획의 문제점을 파악하여 개선방향을 제시해 보았다. 본 논문을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 제1장에서는 연구의 배경 및 필요성, 목적, 연구의 범위 및 방법을 제시하였다. 2. 제2장에서는 조명의 기본이론을 고찰하고, 이를 통하여 조명환경평가를 위한 조도기준 및 조도측정법에 대하여 분석하였다. 3. 제3장에서는 현재 분양 중인 공동주택 모델하우스의 실태조사를 통하여 조명환경의 트렌드를 분석하였고, 사례 대상지를 선정하여 거실공간의 조도를 측정하였다. 4. 제4장에서는 제3장에서 측정한 데이터를 분석하여 거실공간에서의 조명환경 및 조도에 대한 문제점을 파악하여 개선방향을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 거실공간에서의 조명환경에 대하여 실태조사 및 조도측정을 통하여 개선안을 제시하였다. 이를 통하여 거실공간에서의 조명계획을 세우는데 필요한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.; Light is an essential environmental element absolutely required for men to live their life and engage in creative activities in the living space. In particular, our contemporary men are used to spending more time, living in the indoor environment illuminated by the artificial lighting. In the past, men used the light to avoid darkness, but today, men recognize the objects and experience some psychological and physiological changes through the lights as the visual elements for information and the aesthetic elements forming the architectural space. The living room engaging family members much plays a centripetal role in the living space. The living room is a space where family members enjoy their happy time through dialogues and entertainments only to consolidate their friendly relationship. Furthermore, the living room should meet each family member's personal needs (recess, dialogue, reading, makeup, TV watching, reception), and therefore, appropriate lighting fixtures meeting such needs should be installed and laid out, while their illuminance should be set appropriately. The purpose of this study was to survey the luminous conditions of the model houses put for sale and thereupon, examine the trend of illumination through analysis of the specifications of the lighting fixtures for apartment houses and their and lighting methods, and thereby, sampled some apartment houses to measure the illuminance of their living rooms and compared the results with the criteria for outdoor and indoor illuminance to address the problems of the lighting plan for the living room of the apartment houses and suggest the solutions. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; 1. The first chapter introduces background, need, purpose, scope and methods of the study. 2. The second chapter reviews the basic theories of lighting and thereupon, analyzes the criteria for illuminance and the illuminance measuring methods for assessment of the luminous environment. 3. The third chapter discusses the results of surveying the model houses put for sale and analyzed the trend of the luminous environment, and interprets the results of surveying the sample apartment houses for their living room illuminance. 4. The fourth chapter analyzes the data measured in the survey as discussed in the third chapter to address the problems of the luminous environment and illuminance in the living room and suggest their solutions. This study surveyed the luminous environment in the living rooms of the apartment houses and measured theirs illuminance to suggest the solutions. It is hoped that this study will provide for some basic data useful to lighting plans for the living rooms.
