건설보험 확대를 위한 건설 리스크 요인 도출에 관한 연구

Abstract

건설 프로젝트의 경향은 대형화, 복잡화, 첨단화로 나타나고 있으며, 이에 따라 프로젝트의 성·패에 영향을 주는 리스크의 종류도 다양해지고 규모 또한 증가하고 있다. 이런 건설 리스크 엄청난 자금과 인력이 투여되는 건설 사업에 영향을 미치는데 그 결과가 작게는 건설사의 존·패에 직접적인 영향을 미치고, 나아가 건설산업과 관련 타 산업에도 영향을 주는 등 영향의 범위가 광대하다고 할 수 있다. 보험은 이런 프로젝트 수행 시에 발생할 수 있는 다양한 리스크에 대응하는 대표적인 방법이다. 하지만 건설 분야에 있어서 보험은 건설 프로젝트 중 주로 시공단계에서 발생하는 리스크에 대해서만 건설공사보험과 조립보험으로 운영되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 변화하는 건설 프로젝트의 경향과 그에 따른 건설 리스크를 적절하게 대응하기 위해서 기존의 공사기간 동안에 발생했던 산재, 인재에 국한되어 있던 건설 공사보험의 범위를 건설 전단계로의 확대를 위한 건설 리스크 요인들을 도출하고자 한다. 본 논문은 다음과 같이 구성되어 있다. 제1장은 서론으로 연구의 배경 및 목적, 연구의 범위 및 방법에 대하여 서술하였으며, 본 연구의 당위성과 목적을 서술한 수 방법을 제시하였다. 제2장은 이론적 고찰부분으로 보험의 기본내용과 보험의 가능 요건, 건설보험 이론에 대해서 조사하였고, 건설보험관련 선행 문헌들을 고찰하여 연구의 범위 및 필요성을 확인하였다. 제3장은 건설리스크에 대한 정의 및 종류를 파악하고 건설사업 단계별 리스크 분류를 위해서 건설 리스크 요인을 도출하였다. 제4장에서는 건설보험 반영 가능 건설 리스크 요인 도출을 위한 방법을 제시하고, 단계별 건설 리스크 요인으로부터 보험 반영 가능 건설 리스크 요인을 도출하여 그 결과를 나타내었다. 제5장은 결론 부분으로 앞서 도출한 보험 반영 가능 건설 리스크 요인의 결과를 분석하고, 건설 보험 확대 방안을 제시하며 향후 연구 진행 방향을 서술하는 것으로 본 논문을 정리하였다.; The trend of construction project is large, complexity, frontier. Therefore, the types of risk which affect success and failure of project are becoming more various and larger. The risks affect the construction projects which need a great deal of money and man-power and the result of effects affects the remain and disappear of construction companies. In addition, the risks not only affects construction industry but also other industries. The insurance is the representative method to cope with a variety of risks as the projects are performed. However, in the field of construction, the insurance is used as construction insurance and assembly insurance in the stage of construction. Therefore, in this paper, the factors of construction risks are shown to expand the scope of construction insurance to all phase of construction project to cope with the trend of construction changing rapidly and the risk Contents in paper are following as: In chapter 1, we described the background, purpose, scope and method of this study. In chapter 2, we studied the general concept and existing researches, and analyzed the definition of insurance and construction insurance. In chapter 3, we studied the general concept and analyzed the definition of construction risk. In chapter 4, we present Risk Reflection on the Expansion point from all phase of construction project which using other papers that was focused construction insurance. In chapter 5, as part of conclusion, we summarized the ways to Expand scope of Construction Insurance fields.
