dc.description.abstract우리나라 수질오염과 경제성장간에 역 U자형의 환경쿠즈네츠커브(EKC)가 존재하는지에 대해 고정효과모형과 랜덤효과모형을 통해 분석하였고, 주요 수질오염 물질인 생화학적산소요구량(BOD), 총질소(TN), 총인(TP)과 1인당 지역소득과의 관계를 패널데이터를 이용해 검토하였다. 그 결과 대기오염물질과 지역소득사이에 역 U자형 곡선이 존재함을 보였다. 생화학적산소요구량(BOD), 총질소(TN), 총인(TP)의 소득전환점은 각각 10,203,000원, 9,776,000원, 10,194,000원에서 이루어짐을 알 수 있었다.; We attempt to test the existence of Kuznets curve on water pollution in Korea, using the GRDP data. The empirical test using both fixed and random effect models confirms the inverted-U shape relationship between water pollution and economic growth. The parametric model indicates that the turning points of Kuznets curves for the biochemical oxygen demand(BOD), nitrogen(N) and phosphorus(P) are 10,203,000won 9,776,000won and 10,194,000won respectively.-
