Louis Vierne의 Organ Symphony No.3 Op.28에 관한 연구

Abstract

비에른느(Louis Vierne : 1879-1938)는 낭만시대의 프랑스 오르간 작곡가로서 까바이에 꼴(Cavaié -Coll) 오르간의 가능성을 최대한 발휘해 많은 오르간 작품을 작곡한 인물이다. 그의 작품 중에 오르간 곡으로 6개의 오르간 교향곡이 있고, 24 Pié ces en Style Libre, Pié ces de Fantasie 가 있다. 그 중 6개의 오르간 교향곡은 프랑크(Cesar Franck : 1822-1890), 비도르(Charles-Marie Widor : 1844-1937)와 같은 프랑스 악파들에 의해 많은 영향을 받았고, 비에른느만의 단단한 형식과 짜임새 있는 내용, 그리고 고전과 낭만과 20세기적 기법이 모두 사용되었다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 비에른느의 6개의 오르간 교향곡이 작곡되었던 시대적 배경과 오르간 음악의 특징을 살펴보고, 오르간 교향곡의 발전에 영향을 끼친 까바이에 꼴 오르간과 비에른느가 37년간 봉사했던 노틀 담 오르간의 특징을 알아보았다. 비에른느의 6개의 오르간 교향곡 중 풍부한 주제와 화려한 화음, 인상주의적인 색채와 가벼운 리듬이 특징인 Symphony No.3 을 분석함으로써 그의 작품세계에 대하여 연구해 보고자 한다.; Louis Vierne (1879 - 1938) is a composer, who wrote a lot of organ works through the possibility of the Cavaié -Coll organ. There are 6 organ symphonies of all he composed, and 24Pié ces de Fantasie. Six organ symphonies were affected by French school, such as Cesar Franck (1822 - 1890) and Charles-Marie Widor (1844 - 1937). These things had unique form, substance, technique that Vierne usually used. This monograph will give a full explanation about 6 organ symphonies Vierne composed. First this essay will show the time when these symphonies were written, and the feature of organ music, also let you know about distinction of Notre-Dame organ that Cavaié -Coll and Vierne supported for 37 years. Moreover we can look around Vierne's six organ symphonies according to the three kind of period and analyze Symphony No.3 that contain variety theme, gorgeous harmony, color of impressionism and light rhythm.
