2006년 봄철 광양만 동물플랑크톤의 군집구조에 관한 연구

Abstract

광양만에 분포하는 동물플랑크톤의 종조성과 분포양상을 밝히고, 식물플랑크톤의 봄철 대발생을 포함한 환경요인과의 상관관계를 파악하기 위해 2006년 1월부터 6월까지 7개 정점에서 조사하였다. 동물플랑크톤은 총 36개의 분류군이 출현하였으며 평균 출현개체수는 65 ~ 1,130 indiv.m^(-3)의 범위였지만 조사시기와 정점에 따라 차이를 보였다. 동물플랑크톤 군집은 3개의 Group으로 구분되었는데 광양내만의 Group A, 섬진강과 광양만이 만나는 Group B, 여수수로의 Group C로 구분되었다. 요각류가 가장 우점하는 분류군이었으며 Acartia omorii, Calanus sinicus, Centropages abdominalis, Paracalanus parvus s. l., Corycaeus affinis, Oithona similis가 우점하였다. 요각류의 생물량은 210.1 ~ 6,347.8 ㎍Cm^(-3)의 범위로 3월에 가장 높고 4월에 가장 낮았다. 환경요인과의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 동물플랑크톤 군집분포에 수온, 염분, 엽록소 a 농도가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 광양만의 동물플랑크톤 군집은 외부의 환경요인에 영향을 받고 있고 계절에 따라 군집양상이 바뀌고 있으며 개체수와 생물량을 비교하였을 때 동물플랑크톤의 천이를 확인할 수 있었다.; Spatio-temporal patterns in the zooplankton communities, environmental factor including spring bloom of phytoplankton were examined in Gwangyang bay from January to June, 2006. A total of 36 taxa were occurred with a mean abundance of total zooplankton ranging from 65 ~ 1,130 indiv.m^(-3), which were differed on Month and region. Zooplankton communities were divided into three regions: inner part of Gwangyang bay (A), border part of Seomjin River and Gwangyang bay (B), outer part of Gwangyang bay (C). The dominant taxa were copepods with Acartia omorii, Calanus sinicus, Centropages abdominalis, Paracalanus parvus s. l., Corycaeus affinis, Oithona similis. Biomass of copepods were occurred with ranging from 210.1 ~ 6,347.8 ㎍Cm^(-3). As the result of correlation with environmental factor, zooplankton communities were affected by temperature, salinity, chlorophyll a concentration. In conclusion, zooplankton communities in Gwangyang bay were influenced by environmental factor and zooplankton succession were occurred during seasonal changes.
