Abstract
해안이나 연약지반 위에 구조물을 설치하거나 도로 건설 등의 성토를 시행하는 경우 지지력에 의한 지반전단파괴 및 장기간에 걸친 큰 침하가 발생하므로 건설 및 유지관리 관점에서 시공이전 설계단계에서 장래침하량을 예측하여 선행재하 성토고 및 압밀완료시점을 설계시의 측정치와 비교·검토하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 연구대상지역 연약지반에 대하여 지반조사보고서를 분석하고 압밀관련 토질정수를 적용하여 개략적인 이론침하량을 산정하였으며 현장계측자료를 바탕으로 기존의 장래침하량을 예측하는 기법인 쌍곡선법, Hoshino법, Asaoka법, √s법을 적용하여 시간경과에 따른 장래침하량을 예측하고 실제 현장에서 계측된 침하량과 상호 비교·분석하여 기존의 장래침하량 예측기법의 적용성과 타당성을 평가하였다. 지반조사보고서 분석결과 압밀관련 토질정수의 평균값으로 산정한 이론침하량이 실측침하량에 근접하였다. 특히 본 연구대상지역은 대심도 초연약지반이므로 연약지반의 장기적인 소성변형에 의한 2차압밀침하가 필연적으로 유발될 수 있다는 관점에서 공사기간에 여유를 두고 잔류침하문제를 고려한다면 바람직할 것으로 사료된다. 현장계측자료 분석결과 실측치와의 근접성(정밀도)이 Asaoka>√s법>쌍곡선법>Hoshino법으로 분석되었으며 Asaoka법은 평균오차가 ±3%이내이므로 4가지 예측기법 중 가장 실측치에 근접하였고 √s법 또한, 실측치에 근접하였으나 평균오차가 2~5%인데 반하여 전반적으로 과대예측 경향을 보이고 있다. Hoshino법의 경우 최적의 직선화 경향을 구하기도 어렵고 전반적으로 과소예측되어 본 현장에서는 적합하지 않은 것으로 판단되었다.; The ground shear fracture is caused by bearing capacity and a big amount of consolidation occurs over the long period of time, in case of constructing structures and roads on the soft ground such as a coastal region and seashore. Therefore, it's very important for managing construction to predict the amount of long-term settlements at the designing stage before the construction and to compare this estimation with the pre-loading banking height and the final point of consolidation. Regarding a soft ground in ○○ New Port, this study was conducted through calculating theoretical settlements by applying soil property of clay in terms of maximum, minimum, average value by analyzing database from the report of ground investigation, comparing prediction settlements with observational settlements and analyzing to provide precise prediction and applicability with methods of forecasting a long-term settlement by applying various prediction method such as hyperbolic, Hoshino, Asaoka, √s method in selecting database from field measurement. According to results analyzed from the report of ground investigation, the result shows that observational settlements are similar to theoretical settlements with applying material property of clay in term of average. Especially, It's estimated that it's good for applying material property of clay in term of maximum with thought of residual settlement(including secondary compression), a period of constructing time due to so deep and soft ground in ○○ New Port. According to results analyzed from field measurement, the comparison between prediction settlements and observational settlements is analyzed to Asaoka, √s, hyperbolic, Hoshino method in sequence in accuracy. The result shows that Asaoka method is the most accurate method with an average error(±3%). Furthermore, √s method has relatively small amount of error(2~5%) but shows a tendency to be overestimated. However it's difficult to find a tendency of a straight line for Hoshino method and Hoshino method also shows a tendency to be underestimated. So, it is thought that Hoshino method isn't suitable in ○○ New Port
