dc.description.abstractIn ingot를 60% 질산에 녹인 후 5% NH₄OH(이하 암모니아수)로 중화하여 indium hydroxide를 제조하고 tin hydroxide와 혼합하여 건조한 후 하소하여 ITO nano powder를 제조하였다. Indium hydroxide에 tin hydroxide를 첨가하여 Indium tin hydroxide를 합성할 때 주입되는 암모니아수의 속도변화, 각 전구체의 pH변화 및 혼합방법이 하소 후 입자 크기에 주는 효과를 알아보았다. 암모나아수를 20.65 및 4.83ml/min로 주입할 때 주입속도가 빠를수록 핵의 입자크기는 작아지고 입자 분포도가 좁아졌으며, indium hydroxide에 tin hydroxide를 반응시키는 것이 indium nitrate에 바로 tin을 반응시키는 것보다 입자의 분포가 고르고 사이즈도 작았으며 구형의 입자가 얻어졌다. 입자의 혼합 형태에 따른 입자의 크기 변화는 미미하였다. 하소 온도를 500~800℃로 변화시켰을 때 분말 입자의 크기와 순도에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 하소온도가 700℃ 이상일 때 입자들이 응집하는 현상이 일어나 입자 크기가 증가하고 분포가 고르지 않았으며 500℃ 이하일 때는 불순물이 남아있었다. 하소온도가 600℃일 때는 분순물이 거의 나타나지 않았고 15~17nm 크기의 입자가 고르게 분포되었다.; Indium ingot was dissolved by 60%v nitric acid and neutralized with 5%v NH₄OH to produce indium hydroxide. The indium hydroxide, mixed with tin hydroxide, was dried and calcined to produce indium tin oxide(ITO) nano powder. The effect of NH₄OH addition rate, pH of the precursors, and mixing method on the size of the particles obtained after calcining were investigated. In the case of higher feed rate, the smaller spherical particles were obtained and its size distributions were narrower. When indium hydroxide reacted with tin hydroxide, the particle size distribution was even, small and had spherical shape compared to the case of indium nitrate mixing of tin hydroxide. The effect of mixing conditions was insignificant to the particle size. The effect of the calcination temperature on the particle size distribution and existence of impurities were examined. At the temperature over 700℃, the coagulated and uneven particles were made, and below 500℃ impurities were found. At 600℃, particles with average diameter of 15 to 17nm were synthesized with a little impurities.-
