수공간과의 관계성을 고려한 문화공간 계획

Abstract

건축과 도시 그리고 환경의 문제에서 수공간의 활용은 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 최근 수변에 대한 재생 사업이 국내에서 적극 추진되고 있으며, 서울시가 수행한 청계천 복원사업과 현재 추진 중인 한강 르네상스 사업이 그 대표적 사례이다.

하지만 수공간의 활용에 대한 해결책들은 여전히 물과 뭍의 경계를 허물지 못하고 있으며 물이라고 하는 것을 뭍의 상대적 개념으로 대비하여 단순히 땅에서 물을 관조하거나 물과 뭍을 분리하여 받아들이고 있다. 발을 딛고 살아가는 터전인 뭍의 입장에서 물은 그저 바라보고 근처까지 다가가기만 하는 요소로 인식되고 있는 것이다.

일반적으로, 물과 관련된 공간이라 하면 강가 옆 고수부지, 유원지에 포함된 수변 녹지 공간 등을 생각한다.

수공간은 물과 뭍의 경계면이 아닌 두 영역을 함께 포함하는 공간으로 인식되어야 한다.

본 연구에서는 물에 가장 가깝게 접근 할 수 있는 곳에, 둘 사이의 경계를 공간화 하여 분리되고 대비되었던 물과 땅을 소통하게 하고, 수변 공간 지형에 어우러지는 형태의 공간을 계획하고자 한다.; Practical use of Water Space is becoming an important issue in Architecture, Urban and Environmental problems. Recently, the waterfront project are promoting actively, Seoul Cheong-gye-cheon restoration project and the current promotion that the Han-river Renaissance project are an example.

However, solutions for using of Water space are still have problems to pull down a wall between water and land compared to the relative concept. We just contemplate Water space from land or we accept water and land by separated point of view. Be in a position of land, we just accept the Water space to take a view of and go near to relax.

Generally, we think the space that related with water is a park next to the river and waterside green space. Water Space id not a boundary between water and land. We have to recognize the Water Space that include both of them, Water and Land.

A study on this research, this project change the boundary between water and land to space which will communicate water with land. And I'll make the space that can get joined together with topography of the closest space which can access the water.
