도시인프라스트럭쳐와 환경적 요소를 고려한 신도림역사 계획안

Abstract

과거에 지하철역이 승차와 하차 그리고 통과라는 단순한 기능으로서의 역할을 해왔다면 현대에 이르러 지하철역사는 도심 속의 교통 혼잡을 완화하고 빠른 속도로 도시와 도시를 연결해주며 교통의 인프라로서 도시에서 지역 간의 관계를 더 이상의 거리라는 개념이 아닌 속도로서 도시를 재구성 하는 도시 내부의 새로운 노드점 으로서 인식 될 수 있는 장소적 가능성을 가지는 역할로 요구되어 지고 있다. 그러나 현재 도심내의 역사는 주변과의 관계를 통한 역사가 가질 수 있는 다양한 공간적인 장소성 보다는 역세권을 중심으로 상업적 개발이 우선적으로 이루어지고 있으며 또한 급격히 개발되어지는 도시 내의 민자 역사들은 역주변의 환경적 요소와 주변 인프라스트럭쳐와의 관계와는 별개로 단독의 역자체로서 하나의 생활의 중심지로 개발 되어 지는 모습을 보여주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 탈공업화 현상과 대규모 공장 이적지에 의해 주거지로서 빠르게 용도 변화가 이루어지는 신도림 지역을 대상으로 주변 환경적 요소와 도시인프라스트럭쳐를 고려한 종합적이고 복합적인 신도림역사 개발 구상안을 다루었다. 역사가 단순히 이동하기위해 거쳐 가는 통과점에서 생활의 중심으로 거듭날 것은 자명한 일이나 그러기 위해서는 역사가 주변과 적극적으로 관계하고 다양한 프로그램을 담는 흡인력 있고 매력적인 장소가 되어야 한다. 그 밖에도 역세권 주변은 도림천과 연계된 친환경적인 보행환경을 갖추어야한다. 따라서 본 연구에서 도출한 신도림역 계획의 주안점은 다음과 같다.

첫째, 지상철로에 의해 단절되어진 지역 간의 관계를 지상과 지하를 연결하는 단순한 보행통로로서의 계획이 아닌 주변 친환경적 요소와 주변지역 프로그램간의 적극적인 관계를 통해 만들어지는 프로그램과 연계된 입체적 가로를 계획한다. 둘째, 역사와 인접해있는 도림천의 친환경적 요소와 역사 내부 프로그램을 통합 하는 중심점으로서의 콘코스를 제안한다. 셋째, 현행 역사 내 Free Area와 Paid Area의 경계에 의해 단절된 역사 내 프로 그램 소요공간을 공통으로 이용할 수 있도록 계획한다. 넷째, 자연과 동선의 연속적 흐름을 유도하여 ?Plate'를 통해 그 흐름을 건물로 유입시키며, 자연과 역사, 각각의 프로그램들을 입체적으로 연결시키도록 계획한다.; The role of subway station in the past was simply getting on and off a train or transit function. But now, the role is demanded to be recognized as a new nodal point with spatial possibility in urban space to relieve traffic congestion, to connect cities by high speed, to reconstruct relationship between districts in a city by a speed concept not anymore distance as a traffic infrastructure. But the subway station in urban area is developing not by a various spatial characteristic based on the relationship with surrounding region, but by a commercial demand based on the station influence area.

And privately financed stations developed rapidly in urban area are constructing as the station itself is a center of life apart from relationship with environmental factor nearby station and surrounding infrastructure.

This study is focused on Sindorim district its site use is changing into residential purpose due to post∙ industrialization phenomenon and remained large-scale factory site and dealing with a composite and complex development design of Sindorim station considering nearby environmental factor and urban infrastructure.

It is evident that a station is born again from a passing point for the simple movement into a center of life.

A station has to be an absorbing and attractive place for that purpose having positive relationship with surrounding region and containing various program.

Besides, surrounding region of station influence area has to have a environment friendly walking environment related to Dorim River.

The essential points of design of Sindorim station extracted from this study are as follows.

1) To design three-dimensional street related to the surrounding environment friendly factor and the program produced through positive relationship with surrounding region programs not by considering the relationship between regions separated by surface railroad as a simple walking passage design concept connecting surface and underground.

2) To suggest concourse as a center integrating the environment friendly factor of Dorim River located nearby the station and the interior program of station.

3) To design the required program space is now separated in the station inside by Free Area and Paid Area boundary to be used mutually.

4) To design to induce the successive flow of nature and circulation, to inflow the flow into the building through 'Plate', to connect three - dimensionally nature and history, individual programs.
