Department of Business Administration The Graduate School of Industrial Engineering Management & Design Hanyang University Advisor : Professor Sung-Wook Yi, PH.D. In Supply Chain Management(SCM), we should understand the relationships between suppliers and buyers' strong linkage structure. Both party is positioned opposite side for a long time. But the time period & situations are changed and also environment is changed. So this atmosphere should be changed as equal position for supplier and buyer. But industrial situation is not allowed equal position for both party. So the most efficient method to increase this equal ratio will be Win-win game for both party. For win-win, we can propose two party to try partnership. Partnership needs to help each other when they need some help. With this help, they can survive together. Finally, this helps can save each other. We need to think out how to long run within this tough competition world.-
