Abstract
본 연구에서는 기존의 학교시설 친환경인증 항목에서 제시하고 있는 기준들의 적정성을 분석하고 현재 신축되는 학교뿐만 아니라 기존학교에 융통성 있게 적용할 수 있도록 건축계획 방향을 제안하였다. 학교건축의 친환경화를 위해선 교육활동의 향상, 쾌적한 환경 확보, 에너지절감 효과, 지역사회와의 연계 등의 계획을 위해 이론적인 친환경내용을 제시하고 기존 학교건축물 및 친환경인증학교 등에 관한 사례를 조사하였으며, 이를 토대로 적절한 사례들을 제시하였다. 기존의 건축계획 기준 제시에 앞서 이론적인 친환경 내용을 제시함으로서 새로운 항목 분석을 위해 PASSIVE 기법에 따른 친환경 계획, ACTIVE 기법에 따른 친환경 계획, 생태환경 기법에 따른 친환경 계획 등으로 나누어 친환경 계획에 따른 세부 규준을 구성 하여 이론적 근거를 보완하였다. 연구범위는 주로 기본계획 및 설계에 관한 사항들로 설계방향 및 설계요소들을 구체화 하였으며 시공, 설비 및 운영/유지관리에 대한 부분은 주로 이론적인 자료와 기존사례들을 근거하여 제안하였다. 이에 따라 연구방법은 크게 4가지로 나누어 먼저 기존의 학교건축물 친환경인증평가항목에 대해 항목별로 분석하였고, 두 번째로 친환경 건축물 본인증 받은 학교를 대상으로 각 항목별 친환경 요소를 분석하였고, 세 번째로 친환경 건축물 인증기준에 따른 해당 교육청에서 분석한 항목별 요구수준점수와 친환경건축물 본인증 평균점수를 비교 분석하여 마지막으로 학교시설에 적합한 친환경인증평가항목의 건축계획방향을 제시하였다. 그러므로 친환경 건축물로 평가․ 인증받기 위한 실제적인 적용방법을 제시함으로써 친환경 건축물 인증기준에 대한 보다 쉬운 접근을 유도하였다 향후 본 연구결과를 토대로 건축공사비를 최대한 절감할 수 있도록 기본계획단계시부터 친환경인증요소를 적용하며, 특히 Passive적인 기법을 적용하여 지속가능한 건축물로써의 입지를 확고히 하여야 할 것이다. 또한 학교시설의 친환경인증기준에 대한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이며, 현재 학교부문은 단일평가기준으로 초, 중, 고가 동일하게 평가받고 있으므로 각 교급별로 세분화하여 각 지역의 특성에 따른 친환경 계획요소의 구분과 적용방법을 좀 더 구체적이고 체계적으로 정리할 필요가 있고, 각 지역별로 사용자에 대한 요구도의 조사를 실시하여 좀 더 현실적인 방안으로 제시할 필요가 있다.; This research will analyze appropriateness for the standards that are being suggested in preexisting school facilities regarding the environmental friendly certification, and propose a guideline so that it is not only limited to the newly built schools, but to apply it with adaptability, and newly analyzing the standard of friendly environment that can be acceptable to the school facility. For the school building’s environmental friendliness, it is necessary to have a plan such as enhancing educational activity, retaining comfortable environment, and making a connection with the local government. For these, I have proposed an abstract environmental suggestion and research for the cases of preexisting school construction and environmental schools. Based on these facts, I have requested a design manual and cases. I have suggested environment friendly contents before restructuring preexisting certification evaluation, and to analyze new items, I have divided environmental planning based on passive, active techniques, and ecological environment in environmental technique. Then by restructuring detailed criteria on environmental planning, I have supplemented them with the theoretical bases. For the research range, it was based on the current plan and design that I have materialized the design direction and elements. For the parts of the construction, equipment and operation/maintenance, I have suggested mainly based on the theoretical data and preexisting cases. Also, with the purpose to easily reach on the certification evaluation item, I have analyzed item and made adjustments/recommendations and added new item. Based on this the research can be divided into four. First, for the existing school construction’s environment certification, it was analyzed for each item. Second, through the social research, it was possible to investigate the status of the current school’s way of applying environmental friendly and the level of preference was investigated in detail and after the analysis, I tried to reflect the result to environment friendly certificate items to the facilities. Third, by analyzing existing schools that followed the certificate standard, and act so that it can actually be applied to the school facilities. Therefore, by suggesting for the application method to receive the certificates for the environment, it induced rather easier way to make one adapt environmental friendly facilities. In order to reorganize environmental friendly manual certified evaluation item, I have made an analysis for the planning manual for the certificate standard. Then, came up with problems in each item, then made a separate restructure based on the preexisting items, and in each item I have suggested a manual for new items that needs to be newly added. With this research as a basic, one can reduce construction cost from the basic planning step to the application of the environmental certification. Especially by applying passive method, one should make sure to position as a sustainable building with a firm determination. In the future, based on this research, there should be more researches on environmental friendly certification standard. Currently for the school part, since it evenly gets the evaluation based on a single evaluation criteria (for elementary, junior and high schools), it is necessary to specify by the class level and summarized in a systematical way so it can be easier and realistic. Also based on the regional characteristics, the demand by local users should be made to present a realistic plan.
