dc.description.abstractWe propose a brazing robot system used in use of the control embedded system in welding process. In order to control the brazing robot system, we develope the digital control of brazing task in the process. We convert the PLC-based control system to the microprocessor-based control system and the proposed brazing system may control the spark and temperature more accurately by PID feedback. The developed system is evaluated on the field tests and experiments.-
