Abstract
With the emergence of the internet, online banking which is one of information systems that is claimed to facilitate the development of trust relationships. Trust is a precondition for the continued existence of any information systems. Furthermore, several properties of online interaction are challenging the accumulated wisdom of the communities on how to produce trust. This research focus on what are the environmental factors can affect the customers’’ trust in online banking, the meaning of trust in online banking environment will be also clarified in this thesis. Based on the framework, the related concept of trust will be defined. The research will be done among three countries, and the cultural differences will also be one of the factors we will consider.
