Abstract
MTJ with multilayers of magnetization perpendicular to the plane could have advantage of uniform switching properties for the size of tens of nanometers. This work is about perpendicular magnetic properties of magnetic multilayer structure. We present magnetic properties of Co/Pt multilayer and its thermal effect on magnetic anisotropy. In addition, the results are compared with other magnetic multilayers, CoFeB/Pt, Co/Pd and Fe/Pt.
