Abstract
본 연구에서는 선진국 및 정부에서 폐자원 및 바이오매스 에너지 대책 실행계획, 폐기물에너지화 종합대책 추진하여 최종 처리장에 반입된 재생 이용가치가 없는 폐기물을 MBT공정을 통해 유기물을 환경에 무해한 무기물로 안정화하고 부산물로 바이오가스 및 고형연료를 생산하기 위해 MBT시설을 도입하여 전국적으로 확산할 계획이다. 그러나 MBT시설을 도입하여 시범사업으로 운영하고 있는 MBT시설에서 폐기물 성상분석 오류, 건조기에서의 화석연료 사용, BT공정을 배제한 MT공정만을 적용하는 문제점이 나타났다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고 MBT시설 활성화를 위해서는 계절별로 다른 폐기물, 시민들의 습생에 따른 영향 및 생리처리물에 대한 분리방법 및 처리방안을 모색하여야 하며 다른 방법의 폐기물 성상분석 기술이 개발되어 함수율에 따른 문제점을 개선해야한다. 그리고 저탄소 녹색성장이라는 정부의 정책에 맞게 폐기물 건조를 위해 화석연료 대신 MBT시설에서 생산되는 RDF를 이용한 폐기물 건조방식으로 전환하여야 한다. 우리나라는 MT공정만으로는 정상적인 RDF제조를 하기 어려운 조건이 형성되어 있는 것이 입증된만큼 BT공정을 결합시킨 MBT시설을 국내에 적용시켜야 한다. |In this study, developed and measures from the government wastes and biomass energy action plan, to promote comprehensive measures in the waste paper flower you brought in the final disposal of waste recycling is not worth the MBT process is harmless to the environment, through organic and inorganic by products Stabilization Bio-gas and RDF in order to produce MBT facilities spread across the country are planning to introduce.
