dc.description.abstractAfter completion of the Human Genome Project, many disease-related SNP data have been published by the Genome Wide Association Study. However, most existing databases containing specific disease related data are separated from the SNP databases, which currently are dealt independently. Therefore, researchers need to take vast amount of time to retrieve unusual data. Accordingly, in order to facilitate diagnosis and treatment, construction of database that directly links phenotypes and SNPs, would be useful.
