Abstract
Cdc25B, PTPs, and VHR, DSP(Dual-specificity phosphatases) families, have been considered as attractive drug targets for anti-cancer therapy. For Cdc25B phosphatase, we identified the inhibition effect of compounds which is obtained by structure-based virtual screening, through cytotoxicity test. And for MKP and VHR phosphatase, we tested that effect of compounds through enzyme activity test with fluorogenic substrate DiFMUP. As a results, we obtained three effective inhibitor of Cdc25B phosphatase, two to four inhibitor of each MKPs, and two inhibitor of VHR. These compounds will be used for making enzyme-inhibitor complex. And then it can be used as an anti-cancer drug, if it has an inhibition effect for animal model.
