Abstract
21세기 지식기반경제는 더 정밀하고 믿을 수 있는 안정된 품질을 요구하는 반면, 원재료비와 에너지 상승비용의 상승에 따른 생산비증가와 노동력 부족 등의 해결방안으로 자동화설비의 사용이 급증하고 있다. 계량자동화설비산업 역시 고도의지식과 기술집약적 산업으로 국가경쟁력제고에 핵심기반이 되는 차세대 유망사업이라고 할 수 있다. 그러므로 연구의 목적은 국내 계량자동화설비 업체를 통해 선진국에 비해 상대적으로 열위에 있는 합성수지를 가공생산 하는 국내외기업에게 계량자동화기술을 알리고, 수년간 고임금시대를 접하고 있으면서 중소기업의 구직난에 대안으로 계량자동화설비 투자를 권장하고자 한다. 그리고 합성수지를 가공생산 하는 기업이 계량자동화설비를 도입함으로 생기는 경제성효과를 분석하고 계량자동화설비 도입이 가져오는 문제점을 도출하여 도입 효과 증진방안을 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 기업은 계량자동화설비 도입으로 인해 초기 투자비용이 많이 들지만 한정된 인원으로 매출을 신장시키는 효과와 공장 가동률 100%라고 가정할 때 설비가 늘어나는 만큼 비례하여 매출이 늘어나고, 영업이익도 늘어나 수익이 증대하는 효과를 보고 있다. 따라서 기업은 계량자동화설비의 도입으로 1석3조의 효과를 증명하였다. 반면 계량자동화설비업체는 지속적인 R&D투자와 신상품 개발 등으로 차별화된 제품으로 경쟁우위를 확보하고, 보다 전문화된 소프트 및 하드웨어의 계량설비로 ONE TOUCH, ONE MONITOR, ONE SYSTEM을 현실화하여야 한다. 단순한 공장부문의 자동화에 그치지 않고 에너지, 환경, 그리고 일상생활의 편리를 위한 자동화로 발전 계승해야 하는 과제를 해결하여야 하겠다.|The 21st century knowledge-based economy is demanding more precise, reliable and stable quality while there has appeared a rapid increase in the use of automation equipment as a solution to the increase in production costs and shortage of labor force accompanied by the cost increases in raw materials and energy. Weighing automation equipment industry is also a highly-advanced-knowledge-based technology-intensive industry, and it's sure enough to be called the next generation promising industry that will become a core basis of boosting our national competitiveness. Thus, this research is aimed at making known to domestic & overseas enterprises, which are at a relatively hypostatic position in processed-producing the synthetic resins, compared to advanced countries, weighing automation technologies through domestic manufacturing industries of weighing automation equipment, and encouraging them to invest in weighing automation equipment as an alternative to labor shortage from which small enterprises are suffering while facing the age of a prolonged higher wages. In addition, the purpose of this research is to suggest the promotion plan for introduction effect by analyzing the effect of economic feasibility and eliciting the problems resulting from the introduction of the weighing automation equipment by an enterprise, which is involved in processed-producing synthetic resins, At a position of an enterprise having to invest in weighing automation equipment, its initial investment will cost a lot due to the introduction of weighing automation equipment, but premising that there should be an effect of promoting sales with a limited labor force and factory should be operating at one hundred percent capacity, sales will increase in proportion to the increase in equipment and so will business profits, getting an effect of accelerating revenue growth. Accordingly, the enterprise proves the effect of 'Killing three birds with one stone" with the introduction of weighing automation equipment. On the other hand, it is required that the manufacturing industries of weighing automation equipment should secure a competitive edge over rivals with differentiated products through continuous investment in R&D and development of a new product line, and actualize ONE TOUCH, ONE MONITOR, ONE SYSTEM with more specialized soft & hardware-based weighing equipment.
