Abstract
우리나라는 물론 전 세계적으로 지구온난화 등에 의한 환경적 문제가 심각하게 대두되고 있다. 이러한 현실을 바탕으로 최근 거의 모든 산업분야에서는 에너지 저감 기술을 통한 해결책 마련에 대한 관심이 크게 고조되고 있으며 그에 따른 연구 또한 매우 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 특히, 건축분야의 경우 다른 산업분야에 비해 에너지 사용량이 매우 높고 연간사용량 또한 급증하는 추세에 놓여 있으므로 그에 따른 에너지 저감 기술 개발 필요성이 더욱 시급한 분야이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 바닥 난방식에서의 에너지 저감 기술 마련에 그 목적을 두고 재료적 검토를 통해 잠열 및 축열 또는 열 조절 기능을 하는 혁신적 온도 조절 물질인 상변화 물질(PCM)을 확인하였다. PCM의 적용 방법 검토에 따라 PCM을 수화물과의 혼입이 가능한 캡슐형태로의 제조와 함께 이를 모르타르에 혼입하여 바닥 공사시 바닥 콘크리트 타설 경화 후 시공되는 Self leveling 방식의 방통 모르타르라 일컫는 공정에 한하여 적용코자 한다. 상변화시 적정 용융 온도점에 대한 열저장 효과를 발휘하는 PCM을 이용해 겨울철 난방시 난방기 작동 정지 후 peak부하의 일부를 off-peak 부하로 이동시키는 형태로 기존 일반 방통 모르타르의 바닥 보다 오랜 시간 열을 유지함으로써 난방비 및 에너지 절감에 대한 효과를 나타내고자 하였으며 난방기 작동시간 단축에 의한 CO2절감에 대한 효과 또한 기대 하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 기초 열적 실험과 바닥 난방식에서의 적용가능성 실험을 행하였으며 결과를 토대로 한 경제성 평가를 실시하였다. 1. 마이크로 캡슐화에 따른 일반 파라핀계로 구성된 PCM과 수화물과의 거동성을 확인 하였다. 2. 기초 열적 성능실험을 통하여 PCM모르타르의 열전도성, 잠열성능, 단열성능 등을 확인하였다. 이러한 여러 가지 성능 실험을 통해 PCM이 잠열성능에 우수한 효과를 나타내는 것을 알 수 있었다. 3. 에너지 저감 기술방안의 일환으로 PCM모르타르의 바닥 난방식에 대한 적용을 제시하였고 그에 따른 실험 결과로서 일반 모르타르와 비교해 우수한 잠열성능에 따른 효과를 증명 하였다. 또한 효과적인 측면을 고려할 때 PCM을 30% 혼입한 것이 최적 배합임을 알 수 있었다. 4. 난방기 작동 정지 후 peak부하의 일부를 off-peak 부하로 이동시키는 형태(3)의 에너지 저감에 대한 문제점으로 나타나는 에너지 저감 법칙의 에너지 총량 불변에 대한 대안으로 PCM의 용융점 변환 가능 장점을 활용하여 쾌적한 온도대인 25˚C~31˚C에서 잠열 효과를 나타내는 용융점을 찾음으로서 문제점에 대한 대책을 마련하였다. 5. 실험 결과에 의해 쾌적온도(25˚C~31˚C)대 내에서의 PCM모르타르 잠열에 따른 일반모르타르와의 난방기 가동시간 차이를 이용해 연간 연료별 경제성을 평가 하여 적용 5년시부터 PCM모르타르가 경제적임을 증명하였다. |Such as Korea, as well as by global warming has become serious environmental problems.
