Abstract

I set hypothesis regarding major problems of executing project management for large-sized public construction projects. Then, I validate adequacy and genuineness of established hypothesis. Through this process, breakdown and specific problems and improvements will be generated. | In other words, I study all elements which impact owners with the selection of project management delivery system for choosing the most appropriate system easily during establishment and validation of hypothesis. |Also, to foster owners with selecting appropriate project management delivery system easily, I studied all elements from the project management delivery system. Moreover, I study and analyze literature review and perform interview with experts of problems and improvements from already-completed or on-going local construction projects. |These data will then be provided to owners to support project management execution and establishment of project management plans at the initial phase. I also comprehensively review problems and improvement measures which I identified from many projects with problems that may rise from literature review and interview with experts. Lastly, I develop detailed and standard action plans which covers all problems and improvement measures to owners so that owners can develop self project management abilities.
