GOMS 모델을 이용한 사용자 인터페이스의 유저빌리티 평가에 관한 연구

Abstract

정보사회의 발달은 다양하고 복잡한 기능을 가진 제품을 생산하고 있다. 또한 소비자들의 의식 수준이 향상되어 제품의 기능이나 디자인뿐만 아니라 얼마나 편리하게 사용할 수 있는가도 중요하게 고려되고 있다. 최근 화두가 되고 있는 인간중심디자인(Human-Centered Design)을 실현하기 위해서도 유저빌리티 향상은 필수적인 요인이 되고 있다. 그래서 제품 사용과정에서 사용자 인터페이스의 디자인이 적합하지 못하고, 인간과 제품사이의 상호작용이 원활하지 못한 제품은 자연스럽게 소멸되는 현상이 확대되고 있다. 제품의 인터페이스가 중요해짐에 따라 유저빌리티 평가방법에 대한 관심이 점점 높아지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 Card가 제안한 정량 분석법 중의 하나인, Keystroke-level GOMS(Goals, Operators, Methods, Selection Rules)모델 평각방법을 설명하고 이에 대한 실증적 연구를 하려고 한다. 그래서 실제 구현 방법에 대한 권고사항의 문제점을 정성적 지침이 아닌 정량적 지침으로 제시하여, 디자이너들이 인터페이스 디자인을 하는데 객관적인 판단 기준의 근간을 마련하였다. Development of information society is producing products that have various and complicated function. Also, because consumers' consciousness level have improved, the importance of usability should be considered as well as function and design of product. Today, a usability elevation becomes more essential factor to realize a Human-Centered Design that is enlarged the importance. So, a product that is not proper to user interface an using process and is not proper to interaction between human and product is disappeared naturally. As interface of product becomes important, interest in usability evaluation method is rising. Therefore, this research is going to explain keystroke-level GOMS(Goals, Operator, Metgods, Selection Rules) model evaluation method, card's proposes that is one of fixed quantity analysis method and do research in positively. So, bring up problem of realization method by quantitative guide, I made a standard objective guide that is used on user interface design field.
