친환경 리조트 관련 인증제도 및 가이드라인 분석을 통한 개발 및 운영관리 기준 제안

Abstract

Environment-friendly resort depending on increase and demand of both responsibility travel and ecological sightseeing is in an increase trend in the world and the development of the environment-friendly resort for ustainable tourist industry is requested.

In this study, detailed criteria for development, operation and management of the environment-friendly resort were understood through evaluation factor analysis of the domestic and foreign certification system and case study of the environment-friendly resort.

With regard to the guide line of the low-carbon green tourist resource development and the green globe certification, this study classified considerations into stages related with premise, plan, work and operation for comparison and understood advantages and disadvantages of every system, and arranged general criteria for development, operation and management of the environment-friendly resort.

This study performed case analysis on the environment-friendly resort that obtained green globe certification. For case analysis, analysis of application degree was performed for considerations by stage previously derived, and adequacy for detailed criteria was surveyed through understanding of the criteria whose actual application degree was high, cause analysis for items whose application degree was low, and mutual relationship of detailed items, etc.

This study will present the development and operation criteria through evaluation factor analysis of the domestic and foreign certification system regarding the environment-friendly resort and case analysis on the environment-friendly resort that obtained green globe, and will serve development of sustainable tourist industry.
