dc.description.abstract에너지 자원의 고갈 문제와 더불어 지구 온난화에 따른 환경에 대한 경각심이 커지면서 에너지 자원 소비를 합리적으로 개선하기 위하여 세계 각국에서 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 또한 국내 에너지 소비량의 약 20 [%]를 차지하는 가정 및 산업 분야에서 에너지 다소비 기기로 분류된 6대 녹색 가전에 대한 최저 효율제가 적용되어 효율 향상을 독려하고 있다. 이에 가전기기에 사용되는 전동기의 효율을 향상시켜야 할 필요성이 증대되었다. 가전기기에 주로 사용되는 전동기로는 단상 유도 전동기와 BLDC 전동기가 있으나 단상 유도 전동기의 경우 효율이 나쁘다는 단점을 갖고 있으며 BLDC의 경우 추가적인 제어기를 요구하므로 가격이 비싸다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 이를 대체할 방안으로 연구되는 것이 단상 LSPM이지만 지금까지 이에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어지지 않았으며 제대로 된 설계 수순 조차 정립되지 않았다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 단상 LSPM의 기초 설계 수순을 정립하고 이를 100W급의 전동기 설계에 적용하여 이에 대한 특성 해석과 시험기 제작을 통한 성능 검증을 수행하였다. 또한 영구자석을 장착한 전동기들이 갖는 낮은 신뢰성을 극복하기 위하여 열적인 특성을 검토할 필요성이 있으며 열원 매핑을 이용한 열 해석을 제안하여 타당성을 검증하였다. |Tremendous efforts have been made to bolster the rationality regarding the consumptions of energy resources along with the rising attention with respect to environmental issues as well as the depletion of energy resources. Energy consumptions of six-major domestic and industrial appliances, which account for 20[%] of the total domestic energy consumption, have been regulated under "minimum energy performance standard" in order to achieve high-standard energy efficiency. For these reasons, the necessity of state of art energy efficient motors for home appliances has increased. Motors which are used primarily for home appliances are single-phase induction motor and BLDC; however, single-phase induction motor’s low efficiency and BLDC’s significant cost, engendered due to the need of additional controller for synchronous operation are the shortcomings of these devices. Although the single-phase LSPM, which is expected to replace the single-phase induction motor and BLDC, is under research, neither a sufficient research nor a stabilized design procedure had been established yet. Therefore, in the dissertation we discuss the basic designing procedure of the single-phase LSPM, and the design of motors for 100W. Then elaborate our discussion by dealing with the characteristic analysis and the performance investigation through trial product. In addition, in order to overcome low reliability of motors equipped with permanent magnets, analysis of thermal characteristics was used.
