Abstract
본 연구는 고등학교 태권도 선수의 소속팀 지도자에 대한 리더십유형이 자아존중감, 성취목표지향성 및 경기인지력에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하며 고등학교 태권도 지도자들의 지도법에 일조 할 수 있는 기초적 자료로 제공 하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구의 대상은 2012년 현재 수도권 지역 고등학교에 소속되어 있는 태권도선수들을 모집단으로 설정하였고 자료수집은 유목적표집(purrosive sampling method)을 사용하여. 수집방법은 2012년 겨울 동계 훈련에 참가한 고등학교 선수들 중 약 400명을 자기평가기입법(Self-administrated method)으로 응답, 수거하였으며, 수집된 자료들 중 응답내용이 부실하거나 자료로서 가치가 없다고 판단하여 제외된 376부를 설문자료를 실제분석에 이용하였다. 본 연구의 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 다음과 같은 방법으로 분석하였다. 첫째, 모든 변인들의 자료정리와 연구대상의 일반적 특성을 파악하기 위해 빈도 분석(Frequency analysis)을 수행하였다. 둘째, 모든 변인에 대한 타당도 검증을 위해 탐색적 요인분석(Exploratory Factor analysis), 확인적 요인분석(Confirmatory Factor analysis)을 실시하며, 신뢰도 검증은 Cronbach’⍺ 계수를 이용하였다. 셋째, 연구대상의 일반적 특성에 따른 자아존중감과 성취목표지향성, 경기인지력을 분석하기위해 독립 t-test와 일원 변량 분석(one-way ANOVA)을 실시할 것이며, 사후검증은 Scheffe 방법을 이용하였다. 넷째, 리더십이 자아존중감과 성취목표지향성, 경기인지력에 미치는 관계를 규명하기위해 상관관계분석(Correlation analysis)을 실시하였고, AMOS 7.0을 이용하여 각 집단의 인과관계를 규명하기 위해 경로분석(Structural Equation Modeling : SEM)을 실시하였다. 통계의 유의수준은 p< .05, p< .01, p< .001 수준에서 검증하였다. 이러한 연구방법 및 절차를 통하여 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도 지도자의 일반적 특성에 따른 리더십과 자아 존중감, 성취목표지향성이 경기인지력에는 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 태권도 지도자의 리더십은 선수들의 자아존중감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 세째, 태권도 지도자의 리더십은 선수들의 성취목표지향성 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 태권도 지도자의 리더십은 선수들의 경기인지력 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 태권도선수들의 자아존중감과 성취목표지향성 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 태권도선수들의 자아존중감과 경기인지력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱번째 태권도선수들의 성취목표지향성과 경기인지력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. |The purpose of this study was to look into how the leadership type of high school Taekwondo athletes’ instructors might affect the self-Esteem, achievement goal orientation, and perception athletic performance and to provide the basic data that could help improve the instruction techniques of high school Taekwondo instructors. To achieve such objectives, Taekwondo athletes who currently attend the high school in the nation’s Capital region in 2012 were selected as subjects. The data were collected using the purposive sampling method, and the questionnaires were handed to approximately 400 high school Taekwondo athletes who participated in the winter training of 2012, and the self-administrated method was applied. Among the collected questionnaires, a total of 376 questionnaires were used for the real analysis, excluding the questionnaires that were deemed to be inadequate or have no value as data. SPSS 18.0 program was used to analyze the data by the method specified below: First, frequency analysis was performed to sort out all variable data and determine general characteristics of the subjects. Second, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted to verify the validity of all variables. Cronbach's ⍺ coefficient was used to validate the confidence. Third, independence t-test and one-way ANOVA were performed to analyze the self-respect, objective-orientedness, and perception toward competitions, depending on the general characteristics of subjects, and Scheffe method was used for the ex post facto verification. Fourth, correlation analysis was carried out to examine the effect of leadership on self-respect, objective-orientedness, and perception toward competitions, and the structural equation modelling(SEM) was conducted, using AMOS 7.0, to shed light on the causal relationship among groups. The statistical significance level was set to p< .05, p< .01, and p< .001 for verification. The results from the aforesaid research method and procedure were as follows: First, there was a difference in the leadership, self-Esteem, achievement goal orientation, and perception athletic performance, depending on the general characteristics of Taekwondo instructors. Second, the leadership of Taekwondo instructors was found to have significant effect on the self-Esteem of athletes. Third, the leadership of Taekwondo instructors was found to have significant impact on the achievement goal orientation of athletes. Fourth, the leadership of Taekwondo instructors did not have any significant effect on the athletes’perception athletic performance. Fifth, the leadership of Taekwondo instructors was found to have significant effect on the self-esteem, achievement goal orientation, of Taekwondo athletes. Six, the leadership of Taekwondo instructors was found to have significant effect on the Taekwondo athletes’ self-esteem and perception athletic performance.
