dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 계획예방정비가 500 MW 석탄화력발전소의 열효율에 미치는 영향을 경년열화의 완화의 관점에서 D화력 1호기의 사례를 통하여 확인하였다. 그 결과 D화력 1호기의 연간 경년열화율은 0.25%p, A급 계획예방정비를 시행할 경우 연간 경년열화율은 0.14%p, B급 계획예방정비를 시행할 경우의 경년열화율은 0.17%p로 완화되는 것을 확인하였으며, 효과적인 정비방안으로 B급 계획예방정비시 터빈설비는 A급 계획예방정비 수준으로 확대하여 시행하는 것을 제시하였다. 그리고 D화력 1호기를 6년 주기로 A급 계획예방정비를 시행할 경우의 연간 경년열화율은 0.17%p, 8년 주기로 A급 계획예방정비를 시행할 경우의 연간 경년열화율은 0.20%p로 완화되는 것으로 예측되어 시행 주기를 연장하여 계획예방정비 시행횟수는 감소하였으나 경년열화 완화 효과는 감소하였음을 확인하였다.|In this study, we analyzed the effect of preventive maintenance on the aged deterioration of 500 MW coal-fired thermal power plants. As a result of analysis, the annual aged deterioration rate of D #1 power plants is 0.25%p, 0.14%p after the A grade overhaul and 0.17%p after the B grade overhaul. The most economic maintenance is the B grade overhaul with A grade overhaul of turbine facilities. The annual aged deterioration rate of D #1 power plants is 0.17%p in case of the A grade overhaul with a period of six years and 0.20%p in case of the A grade overhaul with a period of eight years.
