Abstract
한국과 중국의 전통건축은 유사한 인문환경과 상이한 자연환경을 반영하여 많은 부분에서 공통적이면서도 다른 특성을 갖는다. 한국과 중국은 종교적 구분으로는 같은 불교 문화권에 속하고 언어적 구분에서는 한자 문화권에 속하며, 지역적 구분에서는 동아시아 문화권에 속하면서 생활양식을 봐도 같은 젓가락문화권에 속하여 많은 공통점을 가진 유사문화권이었다. 건축물뿐만이 아니라 장식요소 역시 문화와 기후의 영향을 받고 있으며 이에 따라서 장식 장소에도 차이를 가져 온다고 사료 된다. 단순한 한·중 전통장식요소의 비교보다 한 걸음 더 나가가서 전통장식요소의 적용현황과 서로의 차이점에 대한 비교 연구가 전통문화를 가진 현대공간을 디자인 할 때에 더 도움이 될 것으로 판단하였다. 이러한 배경 하에, 한·중 레스토랑의 전통장식요소 비교 연구는 한·중 전통문화의 상대적인 정체성과 현대 레스토랑 전통문화 표현 수단의 차별성을 논하는 데에 중요한 과제가 될 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한국과 중국 레스토랑의 인테리어 전통장식요소의 적용현황과 전통성 표현방법의 적용현황을 파악하기 위하여 이론적 고찰과 선행연구의 분석을 통하여 조사항목을 선정하였다. 이 조사항목을 기준으로 하여 체크리스트를 작성하여 레스토랑의 전통장식요소의 비율과 전통성 표현방법의 특성을 도출하였다. 또한 전통장식요소의 비율과 전통성 표현방법의 특성을 추출하기 위하여 한·중 레스토랑의 장식요소를 무형적 요소와 유형적 요소로 나누어서 분석하였다. 무형적 요소 부분은 자연, 종교, 역사, 문화요소가 있고, 유형적 요소 부분은 외부요소인 파사드, 정원, 상호와 내부요소인 바닥, 벽, 천장, 창/문, 가구, 소품이 있다. 이에 따라서 한·중 레스토랑에 전통장식요소의 적용현황과 전통성 표현방법을 비교 분석하였다.| When it comes to religion classification, Korea and China both belong to Buddhism culture, while they both belong to the cultural circle of Chinese characters and linguistics. Geographically, both countries are located in the eastern Asia and have much in common even in the life pattern as they both belong to chopsticks cultural circle. Therefore, although both countries have developed in similar cultural environment, there are still many differences in nature environment. So traditional architectures of both countries have got some different characteristics although have much in common. Not only the architectures but also the decoration elements are also influenced by the culture and climate. As a result, it is significant to look into the differences of the decoration elements. Under this background, the comparative research on the traditional decoration elements in the design of Korean and Chinese restaurants will become an important issue. And focusing on this issue ,we will make a deep analysis on the relative identity of the Korean and Chinese traditional culture and difference in the way to express it . With all these, we have selected the research items according to the literature review and theoretical observation so as to figure out the application of the interior traditional decoration elements of the restaurant and the application of the way to express the traditions. The proportion of the traditional decoration elements and characteristics of the expression way of the traditionality have been drawn out from the checklist with the research items as the criteria.; When it comes to religion classification, Korea and China both belong to Buddhism culture, while they both belong to the cultural circle of Chinese characters and linguistics.
