In general, since cellular network is deployed as distributed network architecture, network equipment is spread out all over the coverage area. It is, however, very costly and time-consuming to build-up the distributed architecture.. Recently, it has become possible to deploy centralized network through virtualization of base station using advanced computing power. The centralized network architecture in cellular network adjusts its cell radius dynamically and minimizes power consumption of the network. This dissertation introduces a new way of centralizing the deployment of cellular network using SDR and cloud computing technologies. Then, advantage and feasibility of the new network has been verified through prototype implementation of proposed network .
