제 4차 산업혁명시대의 유아 CEP 프로그램 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 제 4차 산업혁명시대에서 추구하는 기본 목적과 가치를 위한 인간상과 핵심 역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과적인 교육수단으로써 디자인 사고와 창의적 문제해결 모형인 CPS를 융합한 CEP 교육프로그램 개발을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 제 4차 산업혁명시대의 핵심 개념을 초연결, 초지능, 초생명, 초공간의 대 융합 시대로 정의하고, 필요한 핵심 역량으로 8가지 능력(사회･정서기술, 비판적 사고능력, 확산적 사고 능력, 창의적 사고능력, 협력적 능력, 문제해결능력, 메타인지 사고능력, 지속가능한 사고능력)을 제시하였다. 이 핵심 역량을 향상시키는 수단으로서 CEP 교육방안(학습목표/교수법/평가법)을 제안하였으며, 이를 위해 위의 핵심역량을 CEP의 각 단계에 적용하였다. 본 연구를 위해 수정, 개발된 CEP 프로그램은 유아 기초 교육과정인 누리교육과정에 기반 하였으며, 이를 실제 교육현장에 적용해 봄으로써 그 효과와 문제점, 해결점을 도출하였다. 위 실험의 분석을 위해서 양적, 질적 분석방법을 적용했으며, 그 결과 두 가지의 문제점을 발견할 수 있었다. 먼저, 정량적 분석을 통해서 ‘도전성’, ‘명료성’, ‘실험성’에 대한 문제점을 발견할 수 있었다. 참여자들은 타인에게 자신의 결과물을 설명하는데 있어 자신감이 부족하여 소극적인 태도를 보였으며, 결과물에 있어 사용자의 입장에서 생각하고 개선하는 과정에 대한 집중도가 떨어짐을 알 수 있었다. 두 번째로, 정성적 분석을 통해 나타난 문제점은 참여자가 아이디어를 표현하는 과정에서 교사-유아 간 피드백에는 적극적으로 참여하였으나 동료 간 상호피드백에 참여하는 것은 어려워했다. 이러한 문제점들을 기반으로 했을 때, CEP 프로그램의 진행방식에서 유아의 적극적인 표현력과 의사소통능력, 협력적 상호작용을 이끄는 전문화된 지도방법의 개선이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 향후 개선된 교육 프로그램은 세부적 응용 프로그램을 확장되어 다양한 분야에 적용이 가능하며, 제 4차 산업혁명시대 가 요구하는 융/복합적 미래 인재의 자질과 능력을 함양시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. This research suggests 8 capabilities - social-emotional technology, critical thinking, divergent thinking, creative thinking, cooperative capability, problem-solving capability, meta-knowledge and sustainable thinking – as the core capabilities for the mankind facing the Forth Industrial revolution. It defines the forth industrial revolution as the period of a great convergence and proposes 4 key concepts – hyper-connectivity, extra-intelligence, holocracy and hyper-space. The goal of this research is to improve such capacities and to advocate CEP program as the effective tool for advancement. It proposes the materialized CEP program which are matched with the core capacities of the fourth industrial revolution. The research develops the teaching methods of CEP based on NURI education program and discovers the problems and their solutions by implementing the program in the actual education environment. The first problem detected by the quantitative analysis is found in three factors which are challenging nature, transparency and experimental nature. The participants(children) of the research show a passive attitude and lack of confidence in presenting their work. Also, they showed weakened concentration in modifying their work process and in thinking in users’ place. The next problem found by qualitative analysis is the lack of interaction in the process of modifying their final products. Based on these problems, the CEP program has to be modified so as to lead active expressiveness, communication ability and cooperative interaction of children. Moreover the environment for CEP programs need to be improved to nurture sustainable thinking skills on the part of children.
