- 본 연구를 통해 Fire assay를 이용한 반도체공정 슬러지의 귀금속 분석 적합성을 확인하였다. 기존의 분석방법에 비해 분석비용은 좀 더 들지만 정확하고 효과적인 정성·정량분석을 통해 슬러지의 귀금속 회수 여부를 합리적으로 결정하고, 산업공정상 귀금속의 효율적인 사용을 유도함으로서 공정비용 절감 및 천연자원의 낭비를 막는 것을 기대할 수 있다.
