- 방향족 화합물 내 질소 원자를 포함하는 화합물은 천연물이나 의약품 합성에 중요하며, 탄소-수소 결합의 직접적인 기능화는 원자 경제적이고, 자연 친화적이며 효율적인 합성 방법으로 넓게 응용 되고 있어 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는, 구리 촉매를 이용한 탄소-수소 결합의 아민화 반응을 통하여 다양한 질소 헤테로고리 화합물을 합성하였고, 팔라듐 촉매 존재하에 산화 반응 조건에서 오쏘-알케닐 아닐린 유도체의 고리화 반응을 통한 인돌 합성법을 개발하였다.
