| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 시민들의 자원봉사와 기부행위에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하여 민간의 자선행위를 종합적으로 이해한다는 데 있다. 이를 위해 한국복지패널 5차 데이터를 사용하여 자원봉사와 기부활동의 결정요인들을 분석하였다. 비영리부문에 대한 사회적 관심과 민간복지자원을 활성화하려는 노력의 일환으로 자원봉사와 기부에 관한 연구가 진행되어 왔지만 기존에는 인구사회학적 특성이나 심리적 동기부여를 중심으로 한 연구가 주를 이루었다. 따라서 본 연구는 상황적, 친사회적 행동, 정치적 요인을 추가하여 자선행위를 종합적으로 분석하였다. | - |
