Abstract
인성교육은 인간의 삶의 근간을 이루는 내적 외적 요소로서 오랫동안 교육의 강조점이 되어왔다. 하지만 빠르게 변하는 현대사회에서의 교육은 입시위주의 교육환경과 자본주의적 원리에 의한 지식획득이 주를 이루었고, 인성형성을 위한 교육은 소홀해진 것이 사실이다. 인성교육의 부재로 인해 발생하는 학교폭력, 우울, 불안 등과 같은 사회적 문제들이 점차 부각되었고, 이러한 문제 해결을 위해 올바른 인성함양에 대한 필요성이 다시 주목받고 있다. 2009 교육과정에서도 인성교육을 비롯한 전인인간 형성을 강조하였으며 인성 인재 개발을 위한 다양한 연구가 진행되었다. 이에 미술교과에서도 인성교육을 강조하기 위한 적극적인 교육방안이 필요하다. 경쟁적인 사회분위기에 노출 된 학습자들이 당면한 여러 가지 문제들을 회복하기 위해서는 미술교과의 치유적 기능을 강조한 지도방안이 효과적인 해결책이 될 것으로 보이며, 미술치료적 접근을 그 대안으로 제시하였다. 이에 본 연구는 오늘날 적극적인 인성교육을 위한 미술교육의 방향으로 치료적 접근을 활용한 교수학습지도방안을 제시하고 미술과 수업에서의 미술치료기법 활용 가능성에 초점을 맞추어 연구를 진행하였으며, 미술치료기법을 활용한 미술교육을 통해 이루어지는 효과적인 인성교육방안 제시에 그 목적이 있다. 본 논문의 연구 방법은 단행본과 관련 학계의 학술지 등의 문헌 연구를 통해 인성교육에 대해 살펴보았으며 인성요소를 선정하여 지도방안의 중요 기준으로 삼았다. 또한 인성교육과 미술교육, 미술치료의 관계를 알아보고 미술치료기법의 교육적 활용 가능성을 고찰하였다. 이를 바탕으로 미술치료를 접목한 지도방안을 구안하여 효과적인 인성교육이 될 수 있도록 수업지도안을 제시하였다. 미술치료의 활용은 미술교육에서 인성교육에 대한 예방적, 치료적 효과를 가지며, 정서적이고 심리적인 접근이 가능하기 때문에 학습자가 자연스럽게 자아를 확립하고 부적절한 감정을 해소하며, 수월한 대인관계를 맺는 등의 능력과 태도를 기를 수 있다. 미술치료적 접근을 통한 미술과 수업지도방안을 통한 인성의 함양에 기대되는 효과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 접근이 용이한 미술치료기법은 학습자에게 자유로운 자기표현을 가능하게 하고 부정적 감정을 해소시켜 우울 불안 감소 등의 정서함양이 가능할 것이다. 둘째, 미술치료의 접목은 미술교육을 보완하여 무의식의 표현을 가능하게 하고 학습자의 내면을 투사하여 자아정체감 확립에 도움이 될 것이다. 미술치료가 가지는 심리진단의 기능은 감정과 기분을 스스로 직시하게 하여 올바른 인성함양의 기초를 마련할것으로 기대된다. 셋째, 미술치료기법은 개인기법과 집단기법의 활용이 가능하여 집단 상호작용에 효과적이다. 집단속에서의 심리적 접근은 사회성을 증진시키고 학습자로 하여금 수월한 대인관계를 맺는 능력을 기를 수 있도록 도움이 될 것이다. 본 연구는 미술교육과 미술치료의 융합을 통해 인성함양에 대한 미술교육의 장점을 부각시키고 적극적인 인성교육을 이루는데 도움이 되고자한다. 실제 교육현장에 적용할 수 있는 다양한 미술치료활용 교수방안과 미술매체의 연구가 지속적으로 이루어지길 바란다.| Humanity education has been the emphasis point of education for a long time as an internal and external element that forms the basis of human life. However, the education in a rapidly changing modern society was made mainly by knowledge acquisition of educational environment that focuses only on college entrance exams and capitalist principle, and the fact is that the education for personality formation has been negligent. Social problems such as school violence, depression and anxiety because of the lack of personality education have been increasingly emerged, and for the solution of these problems the need of right personality cultivation is again receiving attention. Even the recent curriculum stressed the formation of whole person including personality education and progressed many researches for personality and man power development. Accordingly, it is necessary even for art class to have an active educational plan to stress the personality education. In order for the learners exposed to a competitive social atmosphere to recover several problems present, the guidance plan stressing healing function of art seems to be an efficient solution, and I try to present art therapy approach as its alternative. Accordingly, this research presents teaching-learning guidance plan using healing approach toward art class for an active personality education, and progressed the research focused on the potential use of art therapy in art class, aiming at presenting an efficient personality education plan that is made through art education using the use of art therapy technique. Through the method of this research study, we investigated the personality education through literature research such as a book and academic journal of related academia and selected personality factor to put it as an important basis of guidance plan. Also, we investigated the relation among personality education, art education and art theory, and studied the potential education use of art theory technique. Based on this, we devised a guidance plan with art theory grafted and presented a class guidance plan for an efficient personality education. The use of art theory has a preventive and therapeutic effect upon the personality education of art education, and the emotional and psychological approach is possible so the learner can establish the natural self, cancel an inadequate feeling, and develop ability and attitude such as easy human relation. The expected effect upon personality formation through art class guidance plan of art theory approach is as follows. First, the art theory technique easy to access enables learner to make a free self-expression and settle a negative grudge for possible emotional cultivation such as reduction of depression and anxiety. Second, the grafting of art therapy may complement art theory, enable unconscious expression, and project the internal side of learner that is useful to establish ego-identify. Third, art theory technique is possible to use personal and group technique, and efficient to group interaction. With this research standing out the advantage of art education of personality formation through the infusion between art education and art therapy, we try to be useful to an active personality education. In fact, we hope that various teaching plans of art therapy used and the research of art media applicable to the chalkface should be continuously made.
