dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, the location settings of the decoupling points (DPs) in supply chain networks (SCN) are studied using a mathematical approach. The mathematical model has been developed based on a binary decision on nodes in SCN, dividing the network into forecast driven and order driven nodes. In order to find factors for the location setting of DPs in general, the model has been proposed and a tradeoff between the two cases has been analyzed. The objective of the model is the cost minimization of the total SCN and the constraint is a logical arrangement condition. Experiments with several scenarios revealed general rules for the existence of the DPs within the network. The main conclusion is that inventory holding cost increasing towards downstream of the SCN will give a high chance for the existence of DPs within the SCN.|본 논문은 공급망에서의 디커플링 포인트의 결정에 대한 수학적 접근 방법을 다루고 있다. 디커플링 포인트는 공급망에서의 수요예측에 기반한 생산 및 조달지점과 주문에 기반한 생산 및 조달지점을 구분짓는 경계선을 의미한다. 공급망 상류에서 디커플링 포인트까지는 make-to-stock 제품을 만들고 디커플링 포인트부터 공급망 하류까지는 make-to-order 제품을 생산한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 수학 모형은 공급망의 재고, 생산, 분배 비율의 합을 최소화 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 순차적 공급망을 포함한 다양한 시나리오에 대해서 실험한 결과 재고 비용이 공급망 하류로 갈수록 증가하는 경우에 디커플링 포인트가 공급망 사이에 존재할 가능성이 가장 높은 것으로 밝혀졌다.; In this thesis, the location settings of the decoupling points (DPs) in supply chain networks (SCN) are studied using a mathematical approach.
