- 이 논문은 성범죄자 신상공개제도에 대한 연구이다. 현재까지 이루어지고 있는 제도에 대한 연구와 미국 메간법에 대한 연구, 현재 미국 상황을 알아보고 우리나라의 제도에 대한 심층적인 연구와 문제점을 알아보고 개선방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
