| dc.description.abstract | 중국외국인투자법제는 중국의 외국인투자관계를 관리 및 조정하는 전문 법률제도로서 중국의 외국인투자환경의 개선 및 외국인투자자 권익의 보호, 그리고 중국의 외국인정책을 철저하게 실현하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 하지만 국내외 투자환경 변화에 따라 중국의 외국인투자법제는 현행투자환경의 요구를 만족시키기 어려운 상황에 놓여있다. 또한, 이러한 경제의 글로벌화 및 국제투자 자유화의 추세, 그리고 중국 국내 경제체제와 경제발전 등으로 인해 중국외국인투자법제의 개편에 대한 필요성이 제기되고 있다. | - |
