| dc.description.abstract | 알코올은 간염 및 간경화, 간암 등의 치명적인 질환을 유발시킬 수 있고 남용 또한 심각하지만 알코올 복용의 문제점을 해결하기 어려운 실정으로 이에 대한 약물요법의 필요성은 일찌감치 대두되어 왔다. 아세트알데히드의 대사를 억제하여 알코올 남용의 혐오치료로 사용되고 있는 disulfiram과 항암치료제 개발 중 우연히 알코올의 아세트알데히드로의 대사를 증가시키는 작용을 병합하여 새로운 알코올 남용 억제치료제의 개발을 위한 근거 자료를 제시하고자 하였다. | - |
