Abstract
따라서 테마파크 무용공연 기획자 양성은 무용전공자들에게는 취업난을 해소하고 테마파크 공연 발전에 있어서는 그 목표 달성에 도움이 될 것이다.|The importance of leisure life and elevating national standard of living has been magnified since a local self-governing system started in 1994 and the five-day workweek was imposed in 2004. In recent times, as Koreans have higher intellectual level and notion of service they require qualitative improvement on service constantly. Also, as their standard of performance cultural art is getting higher, Theme parks lavish money and manpower on finding plans to improve a service quality. Korean theme parks which mainly consist of revisit customers have been focusing on performance, event and client participation event that can create a biggest effect with relatively lower expense than they used to spend because they fell burden and limit on investment to improve environment and facilities. The objects of this study are to suggest a base line data to train a professional dancing performance planner and to acknowledge theme park’s dance as a new kind of genre in dance educational view to strengthen ability of dancing performance planning. Through this study, I found actualities and problems like below. First of all, if dance major people cannot survive in their narrow dancer’s career, they are considered as a straggler or they are concerned about a vicious circle that they have to scrape a living with despair in non-major work field. Thus, they make a lot of efforts to solve this problem. Second, the reality of Korean dance education is still based on mainly practice. Dance major people who have a job as a planner or director are selected as their experience which they achieved good result. Finally, performance which results in high profit at low cost, in theme park requires new and creative ideas and competitors compete for innovation. Therefore the performance team in theme park seeks for the experts in each feild or operates facilities for educating and nurturing them. This research comes to the following conclusion. Bench marking the parks in USA and Japan and set them as a role model allowed innovative improvements in performance technology during short period of time. At least, the performance itself is leveled with USA and Japan. But, in reality, the experts who can direct and conduct the technology are lacking. To make improvements, research and efforts are put into as graduate, people choose different career or give up dancing. In spite of efforts, theme park's professional performance planner is lacking. Thus, to bring up professional dance performance planner will resolve unemployment crisis and will help to achieve the goal of performance development by them.; The importance of leisure life and elevating national standard of living has been magnified since a local self-governing system started in 1994 and the five-day workweek was imposed in 2004.
