dc.description.abstract | The major issue is how to prepare the nano materials since nano science and technology was developed at the end of the 20st century. These are how to get a large number of high purity nano materials which were precisely controlled on the morphology, size and structure, and improve the dispersion and stability of nano materials. Concerning to the material preparation, the use of laser has got more and more attention as an advanced technology. This work is aimed to characterize the nanoparticles of magnetic material prepared by the laser ablation. Various liquid mediums have been applied for preparing NiO nanoparticles during the laser ablation. Then the effect of each medium has been characterized and compared in terms of the composition, size and shape. The mechanism of preparation was also discussed. | - |
