Abstract
Part 1. 금 촉매를 이용한 acyclic propargylic carboxylates 의 고리화 반응 Cyclopentenone은 많은 천연물에서 발견되고 그것들의 생리활성으로 인해 유기합성에서 중요하게 여겨진다. 전이금속촉매에 의한 C-C 결합 형성은 유기합성에서 중요하며, 특히 금의 친삼중결합적인 성질 때문에 금 촉매를 이용한 연구를 많은 화학자들이 하고 있다. 우리는 acyclic propargylic carboxylate로부터 금 촉매를 이용하여 cyclopentenone을 합성하는 방법을 제시하였다. Part 2. 다양한 pyrazolopyrimidinones과 실데나필 유도체의 합성 Pyrazolopyrimidinone은 N-헤테로 다중고리 화합물로 다양한 생리활성을 나타내고 많은 천연물 또는 비천연물에서 발견된다. 우리는 이러한 pyrazolopyrimidinone을 효과적으로 합성하는 방법을 개발하였다. 그리고 이러한 구조를 포함하는 실데나필 유도체를 합성하는 방법을 제시하였다.|Part 1. Transition metal catalyzed C-C bond formation has been a powerful tool in organic synthesis. Because of alkynophilicity of gold, many scientists were attracted by this interesting field. Herein, we report an Au-catalyzed cyclization for synthesis of cyclopentenones from acyclic propargylic carboxylates. Part 2. Synthesis of Various Pyrazolopyrimidinones and Sildenafil derivatives Pyrazolopyrimidinones have various biological activities and they are founded many natural products or unnatural products as N-hetero polycyclic compounds. We have developed efficient synthesis methods for pyrazolopyrimidinones. We report a method for synthesis of sildenafil derivatives based pyrazolopyrimidinone structure.; Part 1.
