Abstract
The Fourth Industrial Revolution requires changes in education, institutions, jobs, social systems, and so on in order to pursue self-fulfillment needs beyond satisfying need. Among them, the residential environment is important as a dwelling house. Therefore, this study is aimed to suggest the development direction of new housing model and conceptual alternative to new residential space in response to this change. Therefore, the study system of this study approached from "new housing space factor" due to 4th industry, and the result is as follows. We analyzed the importance and influence value of the residential space elements by frequency analysis. The bedroom, which is a private space, showed that the residents spent the most time in the day, and spend more time in the kitchen than in the living room, which determines the indoor ambience in the public space. Result showed 5 elements of education, health, life, eco - friendly, leisure, security, traffic, remote, AI, and home network elements, Elements were found to have the highest number of high modes. Therefore, we could identify the factors to consider in the planning of new residential space through the result of importance. Future research should be a new housing environment that will solve various problems caused by the industrial paradigm.
