dc.description.abstract20세기부터 21세기는 급격한 산업의 발달과 기술발달로 인하여 많은 에너지를 필요로 하게 되었다. 이러한 에너지 소비량 급증은 지구의 온난화를 야기 시키게 되어 유엔기후변화협약을 통해 많은 선진국은 온실가스 감축을 위해 목표를 수립하고 실천하고 있다. 우리나라도 이러한 온실가스 감축목표를 설정하여 정책을 수립하고 있으며, 특히 신축되는 건축물에는 친환경, 자가발전설비 등을 적용하여 에너지 사용을 최소화하기 위하여 노력하고 있다. 현재 우리나라의 에너지 사용량을 보면 많은 부분을 건축물에서 사용하고 있으며, 특히 주거부분에서 에너지를 많이 사용하고 있다. 또한, 주거형태도 공동주택의 형태가 우리나라의 주거형태의 70%를 차지하고 있을 만큼 공동주택에서 소비되는 에너지가 많은 부분을 차지하고 있다. 본 논문은 공동주택의 에너지 절감을 위한 방안으로 실시간 에너지 모니터링설비를 이용하여 세대의 에너지 절감에 대한 이론적 고찰을 실시하였으며, 이론적 데이터를 근거로 입주한 두 단지의 에너지 사용량을 분석하여 세대의 에너지 사용량을 비교, 분석하였고, 각 에너지의 단가를 적용하여 세대 에너지 사용량 비용을 산출하여 수명주기 비용분석기법을 활용하여 실시간 에너지 모니터링 설비의 경제성을 분석하였다. 본 논문의 결과를 활용하여 향후 공동주택의 에너지 절감을 위한 실시간 모니터링 설비의 발전을 기원해 본다.| The period from the 20th to the 21st century has required a great deal of energy due to rapid advances in industries and technology. As this rapid rise in energy consumption resulted in global warming, many developed countries are establishing and practicing the goals for reduction in greenhouse gas through the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). South Korea also established the goal for reducing the greenhouse gas and policies, and in particular, is making efforts to minimize energy use by applying eco-friendly and self-generating facilities to newly built structures. Currently, energy use in South Korea shows that much of it is used in buildings, especially in housing. In addition, much of energy consumption is used in apartment complexes which accounts for 70% of all housing. This study conducted a theoretical review on energy savings on households using real time energy monitoring device as an energy saving measure; performed a comparative analysis of energy use of households by comparing the energy use of two actual apartment complexes based on theoretical data; and analyzed economic efficiency of the monitoring device using lifecycle cost analysis method by calculating energy cost for household through application of unit cost of energy.
