| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 공립 중등교사를 대상으로 전문성 개발을 위한 학습활동으로서의 교사협력 측정도구를 개발, 타당화하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 첫째, 중등교사들은 전문성 개발을 위한 학습활동으로서의 교사협력을 어떠한 구성요인으로 인식하는지, 둘째, 중등교사들의 응답은 학습활동으로서 교사협력 모형을 어느 정도까지 확정적으로 검정하는지, 셋째, 중학교 및 고등학교 교사 간에는 학습활동으로서 교사협력 측정 시 요인구조 및 요인부하량에 있어서 동일성이 존재하는지 알아보고자 하였다. | - |
