Abstract
노인들의 지속적인 운동효과를 가져올 수 있는 자가적인 운동프로그램의 개발과 보급이 앞으로 더욱더 필요하며, 노인들의 삶과 활동영역을 넓혀줄 수 있다고 생각된다.|This study was applied for 12 weeks old custom core exercise program for exercising the physical performance of the old core SPPB, balance confidence, it is an object of analyzing the effects on quality of life. Of 65 years or older to use the local welfare centers for this purpose without core workout experience received an application from older people finally a core group of 25 people (n=25) and were selected for the study as a control group of 20 people (n=20). Methods by group (core, control), two won repeated analysis of variance for standard deviation and variance analysis and average according to the time (pre-exercise and post) (2-way ANOVA with Repeated Measure) and after verification of the interaction performed in a simple and effective verification, the significance level was set at p <.05. Statistical analysis program SPSS 21.0 (IBM, USA) v was used. Results: 1. Physical performance (SPPB) is a core group was significantly increased after exercise than before exercise. Fine-chair of the physical ability to perform in accordance with the core group on stand exercise showed a significant effect on walking speed. 2. Balanced self-confidence has increased significantly after exercise than before exercise to have confidence in the core group. In other words, the core motion has been analyzed that the balance indicates a significant increase in confidence in the elderly. 3. The quality of life of the elderly and core exercise did not appear statistically significant. In addition, both the core and the core group and the control group than exercise showed that the quality of life deteriorates. This results in brief environment of the elderly in the study are judged to be due to (individual or without exercise, exercise time, age, and consistency of the measurement). As a result, the body core exercise performance and balance confidence of the elderly showed significant effects. Therefore, the core exercises to improve balance in elderly self-confidence and physical performance can be helpful.; This study was applied for 12 weeks old custom core exercise program for exercising the physical performance of the old core SPPB, balance confidence, it is an object of analyzing the effects on quality of life.
