Abstract
다양한 표준이 제정되고 있는 NFC(Near Field Communication) 기술이 국내외 시장에서 급속도로 확대되고 있음에도 그에 대한 시험인증 준비가 부족한 상황에서 다양한 NFC 기기들이 출시되고 있다. 한정된 시험 장비와 인력으로 늘어나는 시험 수요에 대응하기 위해서는 기존 시험의 재현성을 확보하면서 시험 효율을 개선할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 NFC 기기의 시험방법 관련 표준을 분석하여 자동 포지셔닝 로봇을 설계 및 개발하고 기 구축된 테스트 케이스 제어용 소프트웨어와 연동시킴으로써 NFC 기기의 상호호환성 시험 자동화 방안을 제시한다. 개발된 시스템의 성능에 대한 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 기존의 수동시험과 신규 시스템을 이용한 자동시험을 비교하였고, 두 시험 간의 주파수 응답특성 측정 결과의 오차가 거의 발생하지 않으며 개발된 시스템의 전체 시험 시간이 감소하는 것을 확인하였다. NFC 기기의 상호호환성 시험 자동화 시스템의 개발을 통해 증대되고 있는 시험업무에 대한 효율성과 시험결과의 객관성을 높임으로써 NFC 인증을 필요로 하는 더 많은 업체가 사전 인증에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.|NFC(Near Field Communication) technology with various standards is expanding rapidly in both domestic and global markets. However, the various NFC devices have been launched without enough test certification preparations for each device. In order to meet the growing test demand with limited test equipments and personnel, it is necessary to improve the test efficiency while ensuring reproducibility of the existing test. This research involves analyzing the standards related to the test methods for NFC devices and then designing and developing automatic positioning robot. By interlocking with the existing test case control software, the interoperability test automation plan of NFC devices is presented. In order for the validity verification to the performance of the developed system, the automatic tests are compared using the existing manual test and a new system. Both test results show that the error of the measurement results about the frequency-response characteristic is rarely occurred and it could be confirmed that the total test time of the developed systems is reduced. The automated interoperability test system on NFC devices can provide the efficiency of the test workload and the objectivity of the test results.
