Abstract
다양한 라이프스타일과 소비목적 등으로 과거부터 현재까지의 쇼핑몰은 끊임없이 자동차와 관계를 맺어오고 있었다. 쇼핑몰의 1세대라 할 수 있는 재래시장은 외부적으로 간선도로, 버스 정류장 및 지하철 등 대중교통과 지속적으로 접촉을 하며 내부적으로 자동차 동선과 보행자 동선이 수평적으로 겹치게 하고, 2세대인 백화점은 여러 대중교통과 관계를 맺지만 지하에 주차장을 삽입함으로써 본격적인 보차분리를 시도하며, 3세대 대형할인매장은 주로 자가용을 이용하는 소비자에 초점을 맞추며 매장 면적에 맞먹는 주차장 시설을 갖추고 있다. 하지만 환경을 위협하는 원인으로 지목된 자동차는 근대건축에서의 위상과는 달리 보이지 않도록 숨겨야하는 대상이 되고 만다. 근대 문명 발전의 주체가 단순한 이동수단으로 입지가 좁아지면서 그 현상은 법규해석에 제한되는 매장과 주차장이라는 이분법적 분리로 나타나게 된다. 따라서 과거 자동차와 건축과의 관계를 이론적 고찰로 되짚어 보고, 쇼핑몰의 변천 과정에서 자동차의 역할이 무엇이었는지를 살펴보며 앞으로 더 ‘친-환경’적으로 변하게 될 자동차에 대응하는 종합적이고 입체적인 주차장 계획을 통해 ‘친-자동차’인 차세대 쇼핑몰을 계획한다. 대지는 첫 번째, 간선도로에 접하면서 두 번째, 버스 정류장 및 지하철역 등 대중교통과 가깝고, 세 번째, 주거지역과 밀접해야하며 마지막으로 다른 수단들을 통해서도 접근성이 용이해야 하는 조건에 맞춰 서울시 당산역 일대로 선정한다. 선정된 대지를 분석하여 알맞은 메스 스터디를 통해 제시안의 총체적인 윤곽을 결정하고, 세부적인 프로그램을 배치하고 동선을 계획한다. 본 연구는 진화중인 자동차와 그것을 등한시하는 건축이 과연 무엇이 올바른 것인지에 의문점을 제시한다. 도시환경에 막중한 영향을 끼치는 그 둘이 앞으로 공존해야할 방향에 초점을 맞춤으로써 변화하는 환경에 적응할 수 있는 또 다른 건축의 가능성을 제안함에 그 의의를 둔다.|From the past, the shopping malls have entered into a relation with the vehicle in such a variety of life-styles and purposes of consumption. The traditional market the first generation of the shopping malls is constantly in contact with the trunk roads and the public transportation externally and in internally, automotive circulations overlap horizontally with pedestrian paths. Although the department store the second generation of the shopping malls establish still relations with trunk roads and the public transportation, in earnest it has endeavoured to separate pedestrian and vehicle by inserting the parking lot at the basement level. But the big-box retailer the third generation of the shopping malls has more started to focus on consumers using vehicles than others. For this reason, it has a large parking lot that is a equivalent store area. However, the vehicle has been covered up because many studies have identified it to the causation posing the environment. Since the main agent of the modern civilization evolution fell its status to the just transportation, its position only has located in the parking lot. Therefore, first, this study checks the preceding research that focused on a relation between automobiles with buildings. Secondly, this analyzes the position of the vehicle in the transitional process of the shopping malls. Finally, this study proposes a plan of the 'friendly automobiles' next generation shopping mall typology through the comprehensive and trenches parking system plan responding to changing more 'a friendly environment' vehicle. The site is around the Dang-san station in Seoul where is nearby the trunk roads and the public transportation and has the residential area and a easy access. In sequence, it decides the outline of the suggestion by mass study and arranges detailed programs with circulations. This study has a doubtful point about a sense of distance between the being evolved status of vehicle and the architectural attitudes neglecting it.
