도시 복합 건축물의 고층부와 포디움 사이의 시각적 친화적 공간구성 연구

Abstract

건축의 공공성이 제고되는 근래에는 사회적 요구를 고려한 공용공간이 매우 중요한 디자인 요소로 여겨진다. 본 연구는 복합용도시설의 포디움 공간에서 건축의 공공성을 결정하는 요소를 탐구하고, 건축구상 원리를 바탕으로 설계에 적용하는 것에 목적이 있다.

선행사례인 국내 복합용도 시설에 나타난 건축의 공공성 요인의 특성을 접근성, 쾌적성, 인지성, 편리성, 교류성의 관점에서 고찰하고 공간구성 원리로 정리한다. 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 하여 공공성이 증진된 도시복합시설을 포디움을 중심으로 설계한다.| Keyword : Mixed-use facility, Podium, Embodiment of Architectural Publicity, Space Organization
