트레드밀 운동이 정신분열증 유도 쥐의 해마에서 신경세포 관련 초기유전자 발현에 미치는 영향

Abstract

이상의 결과, 트레드밀 운동은 정신분열증에 따른 해마에서의 c-fos 양성세포 수 감소 및 nNOS 양성세포 수 증가에 있어서 개선효과를 통해 치료적 역할을 수행하는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 특히 고강도 운동이 저강도 운동에 비해 보다 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 정신분열증과 관련하여 해마의 기능 변화는 신경세포의 증식 뿐만 아니라 분화 및 생존과도 관련이 높으며, 해마의 기능과 밀접한 관련을 가지는 신경 가소성 및 기타 외인성 환경요인들 역시 주목해야 될 부분이다. 따라서 정신분열증과 관련한 운동의 효과검증을 보다 구체화시키기 위해 다각도에서의 연구가 필요할 것으로 보이며, 이와 같은 동물실험 모델을 이용한 연구들을 기반으로 하여 실제적인 정신분열증 환자에게도 적용될 수 있는 운동모형 개발을 위한 노력이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.|These results reveal that treadmill exercise showed a possibility for therapeutic method to enhance c-fos and nNOS positive cells in schizophrenic hippocampus. Especially, it was showed that high- intensity exercise more effective than low-intensity one. In schizophrenia, disability of hippocampus was closely related to neurogenesis included proliferation, differentiation and survival. But, neuronal plasticity and exogenous factors of environment is also crucial parts for controling changes of schizophrenic hippocampal function.
