dc.description.abstract창의·인성교육은 급변하는 글로벌 시대에 창의적이고 바른 인재의 중요성이 강조됨에 따라 등장한 사회적 요구이다. 따라서 이와 같은 사회 흐름에 따라 교육부에서도 2015년 교육정책 방향을 창의인재 양성으로 정하여 창의·인성교육을 강조하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 이러한 창의·인성교육의 필요성을 인식하고 창의적 체험활동 중심의 미술관 연계 창의·인성교육 프로그램을 개발하여 학생들의 창의적 역량 계발 및 인성 함양에 기여하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 선행 연구를 통해 창의·인성교육의 개념과 함의를 검토하였고, 미술관 교육의 중요성을 관찰하고, 나아가 미술관에서의 교육이 어떠한 형태로 이루어지는지 살펴보았다. 또한 창의적 체험활동과의 연계를 토대로 미술관 연계 창의·인성교육의 활용 가능성을 고찰하였다. 다음으로 국내 미술관 교육 프로그램과 국외 미술관 교육 프로그램의 현황을 조사하여 서로 간의 비교 분석을 통한 시사점을 바탕으로 전체적인 교육 프로그램을 구성하였다. 교육 프로그램은 총 10차시로 계획하였으며 학습자 중심의 자율적이고 주도적이며 창의성 개발과 인성을 함양할 수 있는 수업이 되도록 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 창의적 체험활동 중심의 미술관 연계 수업이 갖는 기대효과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습자들 스스로 각 테마에 맞는 주제를 정하고 계획서를 작성하여 셀프가이드를 제작하는 등 자기 주도적인 수업을 통해 창의적 역량을 계발할 수 있다. 둘째, 모둠학습을 전개함으로써 서로 협동하고 배려하는 등의 상호작용을 통해 올바른 인성을 함양할 수 있다. 셋째, 학습자들은 신선한 체험 활동의 기회를 가질 수 있고 이는 실제적인 유의미한 학습으로 이어져 창의적 체험활동에 대한 긍정적 인식을 심어주게 되는 등 선순환으로 이어질 수 있다. 결과적으로 본 연구에서 제안한 창의적 체험활동 중심의 미술관 연계 교육 프로그램이 교육현장에서 창의·인성 함양에 기여하는 실천적인 방법으로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.|Creativity and personality education are a social requirement that have manifested as a result of the emphasis of the importance on cultivating creative and well-mannered talented people in the rapidly changing global era. Therefore in response to these social trends, Korea’s Ministry of Education has also decided that cultivating creative talent would be the educational direction for 2015, and has since been emphasizing creative and personality education. The objectives of this research are to recognize the importance of the aforementioned creative and personality education and to contribute to the development of the creative abilities and personalities of students by developing art museum linked creativity and personality education programs with a focus on creative experiential activities. To achieve this, first the concepts and implications of creativity and personality education were reviewed using previous research, and the importance of art museum education was examined, and the forms of education in art museums were also examined. Also based on its link with creative experiential activities, the possibilities of art museum linked creativity and personality education programs were studied. Next by studying both domestic art museum education programs and also the current state of overseas art museum educations programs, based on the suggestions derived from comparative analysis, a comprehensive education program was designed. The education program was designed into 10 sessions, and made up of classes that could help develop a student focused, free and independent creativity and that could also foster improvements in personality. The expected effects from the art museum linked programs with a focus on creative experiential activities are as follows. First, participants can improve their creative abilities through independent learning curriculum such as setting their own objectives for each subject to be studied and by producing self-guides by filling out study plans etc. Second, proper attitudes and personalities can be fostered through the mutual interaction required during cooperation and consideration etc. in cooperative learning environments. Third, students were able to participate in new experience activities, which led to practical and meaningful learning and can also possibly create positive cycles such as leaving lasting positive perceptions on creative experiential activities. In conclusion, by providing suggestions on art museum linked education programs with a focus on creative experiential activities, this research is expected to be utilized as a practical method that can contribute to the fostering of creativity and improvements in personality at education sites.-
