- 본 연구는 수술실 간호사의 긍정심리자본과 전문직업성이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 시행된 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 이를 통해 높은 자질과 긍정심리를 소유한 수술실 간호사의 보유를 촉진하고 궁극적으로 이들을 통한 수술실 간호 업무성과의 증진을 위한 전략 마련에 기초자료를 제시하기 위함이다.
